Returns
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of purchase date. All items returned must be in new and unused condition, with original tags and labels attached.
Returns Process
To return an item, please email website@pawsandprayers.org to notify us of your return. Place item(s) securely in original packaging and include proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item(s), we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process the return. We will notify you when your return has been processed.
